Sister Caroline Deters

Sister Caroline completed her Administrative Studies at the University of Winnipeg in 1999. She joined the Board of the Jubilee Fund at  the same time. She was asked by her community to replace Sister Berthe O'Reilly who had served on the Jubilee Fund founding committee, but could no longer serve on the Board because of other commitments.

On the Board, Sister Caroline represents the Missionary Oblate Sisters of St. Boniface. She chaired the Art & Antique Auction Planning Committee and  served as Chair of the Communications Committee for 12 years. She presently serves as a member of the Event Planning Committee.

Sister Caroline has extensive experience in community service through her congregation. In 2013, Sr. Caroline was asked to be the General Treasurer for her community. She works Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at the Leadership office at 111-420 DesMeurons Street. In addition to her work as General Treasurer, she serves on the Vocation Committee.

Sister Caroline enjoys her involvement with the Jubilee Fund and believes the Jubilee Fund is making a difference by helping some persons and groups lacking in financial resources to be able to start, continue and complete their important projects.
