Project Development & Support Committee

The Project Development & Support Committee reviews the funding requests received by the Jubilee Fund. The Committee has the responsibility to determine that the project adequately show financial viability; that the project clearly demonstrates its contribution to social and economic goals and significantly conforms to the principles of Community Economic Development as outlined in the Operation Policy Guidelines. In addition, each project should strongly demonstrate applicant commitment, teamwork, technical, management capacity and a designated lead monitor (when necessary). If the above mentioned factors are met, the Committee will make a recommendation based on a consensus vote to the Board of Directors..
